These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of selfiey.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products or services offered on it. The Website is operated by EliteGrowth, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

We provide social media growth and engagement services and related digital products. All orders are fulfilled digitally; no physical goods are shipped. The specific service, quantity and price are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are displayed on the Website and, where applicable, include taxes. Full payment is due at checkout. We begin processing your order after payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Delivery and performance

We aim to begin delivery within 72 hours of a confirmed order, unless a different timeframe is stated for the specific service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the service and third-party platforms. For most services your social media account must be public during delivery. We will never ask for your password.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel or adjust an order for as long as delivery has not yet started. Once delivery has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because our services are digital and performance begins promptly after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. No guarantee of results

We deliver the service you order, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, growth rate, ranking, retention or permanence. Social media platforms may change, recalculate or remove metrics at their own discretion, which is outside our control.

EliteGrowth is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform. Any platform names or trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of our services is at your own discretion and may be subject to the terms of the relevant platform.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website or our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, and you confirm that you are authorised to place orders for the account(s) you submit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
